Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 pm. We leave from Kinetics Fitness for Life located in Millersburg on Glen Drive. You have your choice of riding with the A, B or C groups. Departure time is 5:45 pm. Mileage ranges from 20-40 depending which group you ride with. Most rides will finish between 7:00 and 8:00 pm.
